Services not delivered

I bought an item from overseas 2months ago This was scheduled to arrive beginning of Jan On 13 Jan stock arrived in Johannesburg post office but to date has not left for Cpt or to my branch. This is very frustrating as no one can supply me with a number to contact the branch and they don't respond to my emails either Also I note that people that ordered from the same supplier keep on receiving their packages So why do my post office just inform that JHB stock is backed up I am not getting any answers and also not my package!!
