Service! What Service? S.A. Post Office pathetic!

S.A. Post Office does not even deserve 1 star. Have been waiting for 3 months for a parcel apparently still stuck in the Johannesburg Int Mail Center (hub). Several emails to the head of the Post Office a Mr. Mark barns and no response. Pathetic!
