Service? What service????

Waiting for a delivery for more than a month now and when I tried to track it, it says: "Unsuccessful delivery" for the last two weeks. Tried to call and waited for 15 minutes without any answer. Tried to use the email address but this comes back as not delivered also for the last two weeks.
