Service, what service?
In my opinion, the SA Post Office should close down.

It took over three months to receive books which I ordered from the USA. The books left the USA the following day. It was blamed on the continuing strike. What organization allows for a strike to go on for three months?

But not everything can be blamed on the strike.

Have you experienced the deliberate snail pace when you visit a post office outlet? I often wonder if they are on a permanent \go slow strike".

For the second time my post office box was locked because"

23 Feb 2015, 15:22Hello Tonicho,
Thank you for bringing the matter to our attention.
Firstly I would like to extend my sincere apologies for an uncouth treatment experienced from our employees . To better help us assist ,kindly afford the name of the branch visited so that the matter can be reported accordingly for curative and preventative measures.
While this was extremely unfortunate experience for you, this is not normal practise for the post office.
Once again, please accept our regrets.
Best regards,
Customer Service
