Service Non Existent

So a few months ago I posted a complaint about the Braamfontein post office. The same occurs. It seems as if the service at Post Office is non existant. This time round I went to the Brixton Post Office to courier my mum some books from Jhb to Kzn. I was served by Manfred Thobejane who was so rude and unfriendly never greeted and had a frown on his face all the time. Yes again the Post Office had no plastic courier bags. At the counter by his window he had no pen I had to go the side to fill in the forms and than join the queue again. REALLY???? He eventually processed the transaction and he told me the book will arrive in Kzn today. My mum goes to tge post office and is advised that the book is in Jhb and they don't know when they will send it down. Does my mum need to go to the Kzn Post Office to follow this up??? It is not on at all and really shocking!!!!!<br>
