Service improvement suggestions

In general, the Post office service is doing fairly well under Covid. I would however recommend they update their website with contact details, and start thinking of including a Chatbot service that will allow answering frequently asked questions and include that on the phone service also to keep the public informed on challenges. E.g. Post office X is closed from 13 July 2020 to 15 July 2020 due to Covid positive case.
