SERVICE DELIVERY NON EXISTENT

I sent the parcel on 11/01/2022 from the Southway Mall post office. Please explain the reason for the delay as this is a domestic parcel and confirm when the recipient can expect the package. I emailed *** on 26/01/2022, to date i have not yet received a response.
