Service Delivery :exellent bench mark.

On 2021-13-17 I needed to renew my trailors licence disk and were very resistened to go to Springs post office queing , because there are only one teller dealing with it so I decided to go to Selcourt Springs Post office to see if I would be helped in a shorter time frame. As I qued at Selcortt Post Office the line moved swift, although the que was long I did not spend the whole day there. As I got to the front I was pleasantly supprized, they had 3 tellers serving the clients and all 3 of them was assisting clients with vehicle licincing documents. Amazing a very small branch but much more effective that the big branch in Springs CBD. The lady that served me was friendly , professional and swift. Service with a smile. I want to commend Me MP Kgalema and her team for rendering professional service to their clients. That was a best practice for Sa Post Office. They have benchmsrked the type of service we should receive everywhere in our country.
