Service Delivery

<p>Service delivery from the South African Post office is absolutely non-existing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been waiting for a parcel from the Netherlands which was posted on 1 July. According to the tracking service, it arrived at the Johannesburg Mail Centre on 18th July. It has been 2 weeks and it is still in Johannesburg. I have been trying to call them but no-one answers the telephone. I've e-mailed them but still haven't heard anything back from anyone. The local post office has been very helpful but they too cannot get through to the mail centre in Johannesburg. </p> <p> </p> <p>According to the website and service delivery promise, all parcels are supposed to be shipped within 3 - 5 days. Now what? How logn do I have to wait?</p> <p> </p> <p>I just wish somebody can help so that I can know when I can expect the parcel.</p>
