Service as it should be - Sunninghill PO

I recently dealt with Sunninghill post office with regards to sending my British passport to the UK to have a new one issued. Needless to say within an hour of doing so the stress set in - will it ever get to its destination? will I ever receive a new passport? will my old one be returned? I am very HAPPY to say that within 4wks ALL of these were met - I cannot THANK THEM enough for the service that was received.
