Service and customer value

<p>Service I got from Leondale post office today around 10 am was shocking . waited for over 20 minutes from a guy who called himself Thabo to finish on his private call . no apology after that , refused to call his manager neither to give me his fully names. This guy is not worth to brand ambassador for your business</p>
