**** Service

<p>Sent a book via the South African Post Office and it's been almost a month now with the book in transit from Joburg to Pretoria. Called several times and im being sent from pillar to post. </p> <p>I was eventually directed to secure mail and a lady by the name of Natasha Javis assisted me and said she'd get back to me and well let's just say i'm still waiting, called again a day later and asked to talk to her as she already knows the problem and i was told she's at the back, called again a few minutes later and this time the story is different as im told she didnt come to work...so which story is it exactly. The lady who assisted me the second time arround at secure mail was even worse as she hung up on me, her name is Thia. Really angry by this **** service because all i want to know is where the book is. i'll even take it and deliver it myself if need be. </p>
