Sent 4 emails asking same question. 30 days Still no answer and still waiting for my stuff.

I emailed ********** so that i can get my local tracking number. According to my international tracking number my goods have been at customs for 43 days.

I sent a email to ********** Querying for my local tracking number and 30 days have past, they had an automated email system that told me to wait 3 - 4 days. I have been waiting 30 days for a response. I have sent them 4 of the same query's and still waiting.

When will I have my goods its been at customs for so long and I cant do tracking of my goods with a local tracking number on the post office website because they never gave me a local tracking number to track. According to my international tracking number NR ********** ********** . this is the shipping company of my goods http://www.sky56.cn/english/track/index. My parcel has been at customs since 10-Oct-2017 06:46 PM.

Please assist.
