Second parcel gone MIA

During the strike last year i lost my parcel with tracking numbers II***ZA or LJ***US by lost i mean to date i still have not received it and no one knows where it is, no one has bothered to compensate me.<br> Now i again find myself in the same situation. No one knows where my parcel II***ZA or CJ***US is. JIMC says they sent it to the post but the post office (Bergvlei PO) says they haven't received it. Can someone please tell me where my parcels are and i will go and get them!!! This is so damn frustrating!!!
