Please can you investigate and advise why there is a delay at Johannesburg International Mail service? This consignment has been in SA since 10 May 2018. While I understand that there is a process and an influx I really need my consignment RU ********** 86NL.

Your escalation investigation will be highly appreciated. There are lost of unhappy people but it appears that you can't get it right.
