SASSA (non)service at the Post Office

Absolutely no knowledge of SASSA transactions at the Monument Park Pretoria post office. a list is given online of all possible Post Office transactions and their related charges where applicable. According to this branch they require my ID before giving me a balance on my account??? The only transactions they are able to process are a balance enquiry and a cash withdrawal??? It would appear that absolutely no training is given to tellers at the counters. Mr Mark Barnes you should be ashamed of your staff and the "service" they deliver.
