Sassa money disappeared

This morning I checked my children sassa funds and the amount was reflecting however when I attempted to withdraw the money,it suddenly disappeared and the account now shows insufficient funds. I called customer service then I was told the money was draw at germiston around 10:57 .I didn't authorize this transaction therefore this is *****. I am not sure how will the money just disappear. I need urgent investigation done
