SASSA ***** Case

I have been sending emails to SA Post Bank regarding a SASSA ***** case on behalf of my in-laws that was logged in March 2021, including 3 people in the email trail and we not getting one response. Been sending email to this email address and 2 employees, I have their details for further investigation, *****Enquiry <***> . I probably sent 6 follow up emails and the email is just being ignored.
