Sassa Card renewal

They are asking the people to change sassa cards at selected places but only take 100 people and their closing time is 16:00 yelling people to come at 2 but it's selected branches how are you going to get here at 2am if you leave far from selected branches and now in Adderley they are chasing people away at 13:00 even if they were done long before that they refuse to extend amount even though it's a minimum time for the changing process
