SAPOS PARCEL RECOVERY

I cannot seem to reach the OFFICES of SA POSTAL SERVICES by landline or any other number. I have a parcel which is at WITSPOS HUB which I cannot seem to get hold of, the parcel No:RB ********** 09CN is at WITSPOS HUB and RB ********** 67LA is at SA POSTAL service. I would like to know if these parcels are in South Africa as the tracking results show this that it reached South Africa and with SAPOS from 8 December.
