SAPO's 'Customer Services' myth

Have just wasted over 50 minutes (and goodness knows how much money) fruitlessly waiting for someone at SAPO's absurdly titled Customer Services to pick up the phone. If they can't even do that what kind of 'service' could they offer I wonder. The manager of this function should be fired forthwith. And then SAPO has the nerve to bleat in Parliament about being bankrupt! Of course they are - they couldn't give a ff about their customers. That's how you go bankrupt.
