SAPOMVL website

I used the SAPOMVL website last year for car renewal and the process was quick and effortless. This year I tried the same. The application has not been processed and now the license is overdue. I cannot get any response to queries via the website and the site constantly says "Under Construction". I would like at least an update or plan of action from SAPO. This is is unacceptable as I have paid for a service which I am not receiving.
