SAPOMVL REFUND REFUSAL

I have paid for a vehicle licence renewal. After payment was made, I realized an error had been made and requested a refund. This was at the end of February. I have made use of their online feature to request a refund, but all you get is a automated whatsapp msg that indicated that they will attend to your enquiry. There is now email address or Contact number to talk to someone to process the refund. They just dont do anything about the refund request. I have also registered complaints on the online feature, but get the same automated response. it appears that they just don't care about refund requests and complaints. They owe me a refund of R525.
