SAPOMVL no response in 3 months

I have tried using your online portal (SAPOMVL) to get my car license disk renewed. I have made my application 3 months ago and made more payments of more than a thousand rand and have had no updates.

I tried calling the call centre but I am on hold forever. I tried sending almost 50 tickets but there has been no follow-ups. I tried going into the Post Office but they are unable to help me.

Can someone just give me a number to call or email address to email to get this sorted.

I will even take a refund at this point and go into the Post Office to do this manually.
