Sapo/Customs horrific/non existant service

I ordered parts that I really need which have been in the country since 27/06/2020 and I still haven't received them. I have sent numerous emails and called countless times and the miraculous 1 out of 70 times that the phone was actually answered, I was told that they can't help me because it's at customs and I should go to the post office and ask them to request information. I have done so numerous times. I am appauled at the horrific service of sapo and customs. I need to know what the hell is going on.
