SAPO&Customs

SAPO and Customs officials do nothing everyday, I've been calling sending emails and my packages are still waiting to be processed. How long does it take to process packages that arrive at the JIMC? We are experiencing a backlog they say but for how long? My items arrived in 10days yet it's over a month and they still haven't been processed. Can anyone help regarding this situation?
