SAPO, worst service in the world

I have ordered a package from ebay on the 22nd of feb 2018, the package had arrived at the south african airport by the 3rd of march according to the tracking, we are now on the 27th of march and still no further movement, not even scanned in onto the sapo system, how can the service be this horrible and dont even try phoning the post office as either they dont answer the phones or nobody can assist you.
