SAPO - worse that USELESS

There should be a zero star option. In mid-February 2021 I subscribed to a WEEKLY periodical from the UK. At this point in June I should have received close to 20 issues. Week after week my PO box is empty - nothing, not a SINGLE issue, zilch, nada. This 6 month subscription has cost me close to R1000. SAPO - WHERE IS ALL MY MAIL?????
