SAPO tracking service a joke

Be warned: the SAPO domestic track and trace service is NOT reliable. I have been waiting for months for an international parcel to arrive and I have been checking the tracking number almost daily. This morning I actually received a notification from the local post office . Turns out my parcel has been lying at my local post office for almost a month now. Yet the tracking status still says "in transit from JIMC"! Seriously what is the point of the tracking service?! But I guess, seeing the number of complaints on this board, I should just be grateful I received my parcel at all (and it just took 3 and a half months to arrive).
