SAPO TRACK MY REGISTERED LETTER OR PAY FOR FINANCIAL LOSS.

I have been struggling to get hold of a registered letter from Germany and the post office service is so bad that even getting them on the phone is a mission for special intelligence. I would understand if they did a great job but they cant even answer their phones and no one can help you their response is that "there is nothing i can do we have to wait and the OR Tambo International is even worst cause you cant even get a hold of them either. Why are there contact numbers if everyone in the post office service is to useless to answer the phone and cant help with nothing. No wonder all their stations are closing down.

Let me break this down for you.

Find my letter or i will hold the Post Office responsible for any financial loss and sue you. You have lost my first letter and now i am having difficulty tracking a registered letter. Who and what is in charge of this incompetence? Someone better find this letter or legal action will be taken should I not meet my deadline for my visa application because of the Post Office incompetence.
