SAPO - The most useless bunch of muppets

After emailing countless times to try and find out why my parcel was delivered to the completely incorrect address, I see via the tracking number it was now signed by some complete random person.

And this is after emailing them for the past 3 weeks and posting on their social media platforms.

This is unacceptable. I purchased the item from overseas and now it has been delivered to someone who isn't even the recipient.
