SAPO -Terrible service

Intl parcel CN***ZA posted in Port Elizabeth Newton Park SAPO on 09.07,2020 has never arrived to its destination Romania in 116 days since handed over. I checked with all intl carriers and the tracking number is NOT FOUND! I fear that the parcel "was mishandled/****** " in Durban hub and it never left SA! busy, the customer service and *** did not answer to my emails. It is sad because I paid for this appalling service where there is no responsibility and accountability.
