SAPO Sucks

What disgusting service. So we have to suffer for a backlog of their incompetence. They don't answer phones, emails etc,etc,etc. There must be a way we can collect our own parcels from JIMC A. 15 days and still there. They might as well close down and let professional couriers handle the postal service.
