SAPO stays doing the least. Who is shocked? Definitely not me.
Yesterday I called my local post office to enquire about the whereabouts of a parcel of mine. The person on the other side informed me it had been returned to the sender.
Shocked, I e-mailed ********** and ********** because this parcel apparently arrived at my local post office on the 10th of October (I received a notification letter today, 27 November 2018). What infuriates me the most is I have been enquiring on my parcels' whereabouts since August with my local post office and customer services.
I have an important parcel, which will likely be sent back to the sender because that's how SAPO rolls. I'm really really annoyed because I've spent so much time trying to locate my parcels, once they have been located, oops, they've been sent back.
The least SAPO could do at this point is locate and inform me when I'm going to receive my most important parcel.
Kindly revert yho
