I had ordered a parcel on line as I often have done in the past with little to no issue, but this time around a parcel that i had ordered (leather backpack) arrived in the country and by the time it had reached the post office, the only thing left was the packaging once containing a parcel. I contacted the seller and we came to the conclusion that this was a SAPO issue.<br> <br> The staff at SAPO sunninghill said they had already filed a report and would contact me soon.
