SAPO should close down

An item PE ********** 73ZA was posted to me 12 days ago from Cresta and I am based in Parktown. The item has still not arrived and none of the post office staff know where the item is. The online tracking is never updated. These are SARS documents and are accumulating penalties. Going forward I will not be using the South African Post office for any services. There is simply no service!
