SAPO servise delivery is disgusting

SA post office has a worst service I have ever seen, my parcel has been in Germiston Hub since 18/09/2018. Up until now it shows in transit, when I call them I get the same story everyday, that the parcel was shipped to Tshwane ages ago. Sad part they can follow-up on the people who received the parcel, claiming no one picks up the phone. Post offices including call centre have good record of ignoring the calls, now as a client what do I do if themselves can't resolve their own internal issues? Please anyone who can assist and locate my parcel, this had missed the deadline. it's really bad to have these kinds of businesses in South Africa which can't stand for it's values and serve people, responsible minister does nothing about this, a real disgrace. I believe Germiston staff can do better to locate people's parcel than they do, supervisor himself can't even answer or attend to queries, instead keep on pushing other staff members to assist. Maria or Claudia who ever is responsible for parcel handover please resolve this ASAP. Regards...Chris
