SAPO service sucks

I have a international parcel sitting at the JHB International Mail center since the 22 June and has not moved. I have tried phoning numerous times calling but only get the answering services. Lines never gets answered. I have even send numerous emails and till today not one has ever been rep****. SAPO really suck's. They are the worst government service there is. Is it even worth writing on Hello Peter knowing that it will not get answered.
