SAPO service pathetic, cant get hold of anyone. Foreign parcel number, rj***cn

<p>I was required to submit additional docs for the collection of a foreign parcel. I have sent my docs via email, and tried to call about 50 times to the 5 numbers indicated on the slip., but tO no avail. I am literally at my wits end</p>
