SAPO poor service and ****

Poor service and **** of SAPO I sent parcel in January to be shipped to China with fast shipping, I paid 3800 for shipping costs, the parcel delivered after 6 months it was a return parcel supposed to be delivered within a month. the merchant has their own policy I was aware of, the return policy expired, i wrote more than 20 emails enquiring about my parcel with no response, now I'm unable to get my refund because of the lateness I need my refund from SAPO. The person I spoke to is Maud Ngalo Pretoria main branch
