SAPO pick up your phones!!!

There was a mistake on the post adress, and after numerous phonecalls and lots of emails, zero zero zero has happened. Now the items have been returns to overseas, and it took for ever to get here. No one answers any of the numbers available to contact. And dont tell me to send an email because o have gotten NIL response via email. This is pathetic. I wish there was a zero star option
