SAPO PATHETIC SERVICES

I have a parcel that arrived in the country from china. Sunyou was the courier. Sunyou has used SAPO as the local carrier in sa. I have seen that the parcel has been with GERMISTON HUB since 22nd Oct. The parcel cannot be traced by customs or the branches as they need local tracking number. Germiston hub has since not sent parcel to the branch. I have tried numerous times to call the hub with numbers supp**** by the branches and no one picks up. Pathetic services.
