SAPO Parcel forgotten/missing

Good day

I am suppose to receive a parcel from oversee and it did arrive in South Africa 2018-01-30 an it go to customs on 2018-01-30, My Parcel its been held by customs ever since then. I have try to call every number on the post office website as well as the numbers on the Johannesburg International Mail Center but there is no answer. It is already 2 month later and still no email back, the only movement i get is going to buy airtime to keep calling SAPO and JIMC!
