SAPO ONLINE MVL SYSTEM SHOULD BE TERMINATED!

I app**** for my license renewal disc on 31 January 2022. A few weeks later I was required to upload certified docs which I did. Then I was instructed to make a payment of R525 which was processed successfully and reflect as such on my bank statement. The next day i was requested to make another payment of R107.10. I refused to make an additional payment since this was not making any sense to me. I requested an immediate refund. To date, I have not had any response from the respective post office dept concerning my refund request. Instead on their system it's captured that my application expired. Now I believe this is so unprofessional and the manner in which the system is promoted is misleading and far from perfect. It was introduced prematurely and is just another nightmare to it's end-user. I am giving the post office 2 more days to respond to.my complaint, failing which I will have to forward my complaint to the post office regulator.
