SAPO needs to dissolve

Worthless. Hundreds of emails over the past few days just to try and locate my packages. Not so much as even one automated response. What is even the point of this entity? Would be disappointed if it wasn't the expectation that their service would be a absolutely worthless. End this institution it serves no purpose other than to make people depressed
