SAPO MVL *****ING MONEY

I have been waiting for car license for 30 days . The took my money and no reply , some poor excuse not in same province , they talk nonsense because I am in gauteng and I used a gauteng office .

I eventually went to do it physically , no SAPO is *****ing our money , i need my refund otherwise i am going to sue with interest
