SAPO MVL - STAY AWAY!!

I have been struggling for more than a month now to renew my car licence. Made two payments already, totalling over R700. My one application says that the quote expired, but I already made the payment and have proof of it on my bank statements. I have filled in numerous messages on their website, but no replies has been received from them. I tried using this 'fast and easy' website, as I do not have time to physically renew my licence at an office, but I will definitely not use this method again. Last week I made time to visit my local post office to see if they can help with the problem, but no proof of payment was visible on their system. The lady also just told me that she cannot assist me with this matter... Please refrain from using this service. It only leads to major frustration and headaches.
