SAPO Motor Vehicle License Renewal

Used the new online MOtor vehicle license renewal service. Took two weeks to get some technical errors sorted out to enable me to pay the quote. After payment (5/05/2022), did not receive my license. Many tickets/ complaints later, even asked for a reimbur*****t, NOTHING. Logged in today - now there is an additional amount to be paid - desperate as I am post due on the expiry of the licence now. I have paid this ammount which is in total now R75 MORE than quoted. WHEN if EVER will I receive my licence. and NO WAY to contact them except filling in a form!!!!!
