SAPO Lost In Transit

International consignments are confirmed in the country however never make it to myself as the end user, they have "lost" six orders from all over the continent.

Reporting and querying it online, nothing happens. Emailing and querying it online, nothing happens. Calling and querying it, nothing happens.

Very difficult to order anything online anymore and expect delivery (or a refund) as it has landed in SA but subsequently disappeared.
