SAPO LICENSE DISC RENEWAL!!!

I have app**** for my license disc online via the whatsapp platform... Payment was done from FNB to FNB which is an immediate payment on the 23rd of February 2022..however the reply came back as rejected because of outstanding debt! According to the traffic department there is no debt on the account! I'm extremely disappointed in the poor service and response to this query! I don't know who to speak to or how to get a refund as the staff are not adequately trained to respond to online queries!!! My license disc expired on the 28 of February... Im left in the dark not knowing whether I will receive my disc or a refund!!!!!! THIS IS FRUSTRATING!!!! Emailed the head of communications Mr Johan Kruger... This was his reply....

Till Today Absolutely No Response!!! I've lost out on R528. 00 Because I Had to go back and do it via the traffic department and PAY again!!! Why have an online platform when it cannot be controlled??? Life is tough as it is, but this is ****************! They give you referances but no response! It's highly frustrating!!! Instead of making life simpler they made it 100000× worse!!!
